Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Doctor of Medicine.
Experience in health insurance or TPA is preferred.
Proven ability to act as a consultant and advisor in the insurance underwriting.
Supervisory or coordinator experience in medical setting is advantageous.
In-depth knowledge of insurance/TPA.
Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal.

Job Description

Manage and control insurance costs for patients in collaboration with the insurance team.
Provide expert consultation and follow-up on medical services and policy provisions.
Serve as a speaker for internal and external medical webinars.
Offer 24/7 to consultations and discussions on medical & insurance cases.
Coordinate hospital visits and case discussion with hospital’s PIC.
Analyze and ensure quality control of claim discharge.
