Telkom subsidiary AdMedika wins Digital Financial Excellence Award 2023 Insurance Media

PT Administrasi Medika (AdMedika) won an award from Media Asuransi in the Digital Financial Excellence Award 2023 in the Third Party Administrator category, the award was given directly by Media Asuransi CEO, Mucharor Djalil to AdMedika's SM Marketing Planning & Development, M. Fachreza, in December some time ago.

The Digital Financial Excellence Award is an event that was conducted for the first time in 2023 and is planned to be conducted periodically. The award assesses companies in the financial industry, insurance sector and also supporting companies such as TPA (Third Party Administrator).

In this event, the companies involved were assessed based on the implementation and strengthening of digital governance, and also to capture the extent of the impact of digital transformation and innovation on customer satisfaction. Both assessments were conducted through survey and research methods conducted by the Jury.

AdMedika CEO Dwi Sulistiani who was met separately said that AdMedika has long made its best efforts to carry out digital transformation with the aim of providing the best service to customers. Until now AdMedika has presented various digital innovation solutions both from the customer side and from the partner provider side. Innovations made by AdMedika on the customer side include the MyAdMedika mobile application, which has been equipped with features that make it easier for customers to get services including eCard and eClaim, and the development of digital innovations on the Provider side (Health Service Facilities) including eDoc, eBill and also API connections through NAHHealth owned by AdMedika, of course this aims to facilitate interaction between partner providers and AdMedika.
