Company Overview 

PT Administration Medika or better known as AdMedika was founded in 2002 and later in 2010 the company joined the Telkom Group through PT Multimedia Nusantara (TelkomMetra). AdMedika provides comprehensive health services which are divided into three main categories; Health Claim Management, MyAdMedika mobile application, and Provider Management Service. Each category branches into various services with the same goal of making quality healthcare accessible from anywhere and at any time. 

In 2016, AdMedika took the first step to transform from a Third Party Administration (TPA) company to become a comprehensive healthcare provider. This strategic step strengthens AdMedika’s position as a market leader and in line with AdMedika’s vision and mission. 

Now, AdMedika has grown to be the leading healthcare provider in Indonesia. In providing its services, AdMedika cooperates closely with more than 7,800+ healthcare facilities and has been trusted by more than 5,100,000+ members. AdMedika healthcare facilities are spread throughout Indonesia and neighboring countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, India, and China to ensure that every AdMedika member has access to quality health services anywhere. 

Moving forward, AdMedika will continue to broaden its healthcare facilities network and services to assist more people to have access to quality healthcare.

About Telkom Group
