Jakarta- Communication knowledge is very important for an Account Manager (AM) or sales, especially when dealing with prospective customers or customers. To equip AMs, AdMedika held a communication training with the theme "The Art of Story Telling Communication". (July 6-7, 2023).

As discussed earlier, this training activity is the company's effort to equip AMs to improve the competence of skills and communication abilities in marketing & sales with an account management pattern. For this activity, AdMedika collaborated with Sri Sumahardani Academy.

With the training and expert speakers, all AdMedika AMs are able to understand the pillars of communication and their influence, know how to communicate effectively and productively, have active listening skills, understand the importance of story telling in sales or marketing.
