Jakarta - AdMedika's Director of Finance and Risk Management Ace attended the 4th Indonesia Human Capital Summit (IHCS 2023) organized by FHCI BUMN at the Grand Ballroom of Ritz Carlton Pacific Place, Monday-Tuesday (6-7/11).

In this event Ace was accompanied by AdMedika's Senior Manager Human Capital Operations Farida Effendi. The agenda was divided into two sessions, the first session was the Concurrent Class held on November 6, and the second session was the Plenary hall session held on November 7, 2023 and presented many expert speakers.

IHCS has been held since 2016 and is held every two years. This activity aims to accelerate the ability of human resources in creating collaboration spaces, as well as encouraging corporate transformation towards value creation and sustainability in the future.

On the same occasion, Chairperson of the Indonesian Human Capital Forum Alexandra Askandar said that, "this IHCS activity is expected to be a means of discussion and exchange of ideas related to best practices in the field of human capital both in Indonesia and globally as an effort to support better company transformation through accelerating HR capabilities".
