Achieving 2 Asia Pacific Level Awards, AdMedika Contact Center is Ready to Compete in the International Scene

Bali - PT Administrasi Medika (AdMedika) won an award at Contact Center World Asia Pacific 2023 which was held at The Laguna Resort Bali on July 24-28, 2023.

The event is held every 1 year in three regions, namely Asia Pacific, America and Europe which is a gathering place for contact center practitioners to provide ideas, strategies and tips tricks that occur around contact center services.

The activity was attended by 24 companies from Asia Pacific from 7 countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Hong Kong, India, Australia and Fiji. Approximately 200 participants participated in this event with enthusiasm and enthusiasm.

After a week of competition, on the announcement night, AdMedika was awarded Gold Medal for Best Supervisor category by Dwi Hajar Siswantoro as Assistant Manager Care AdMedika and Silver Medal for Best Contact Center category by Sri Sumari as GM Health Care Service AdMedika.

With this success, it proves that AdMedika is able to compete with other contact centers throughout Asia Pacific and this achievement can be used as a standard of service provided to clients and customers to realize service excellence and good customer experience.
