Jakarta- AdMedika's board of commissioners Inspector General. Pol (P) Drs. Guntur Setyanto, M.Si paid a visit to AdMedika on Thursday, (14/9). The visit was welcomed by AdMedika's board of directors including AdMedika's Director of Marketing & Business who is also the POH of the President Director, M. Nasrun Ihsan, AdMedika's Director of Finance and Risk Management Ace who was accompanied by, EGM Operational AdMedika dr. Rizal Hakim, GM Provider Service Nur Ratih Suryawati, GM Finance Business Control Topan Susanto and representatives of AdMedika's senior leaders.

This visit was in the context of a friendship between the AdMedika BoC and the management and all AdMedika employees. The agenda of the visit began with a discussion with AdMedika management followed by a direct review of the processes that occur in the field, such as IT services, claim processing services, contact center services, daily monitoring, patient discharge processes and also Quality Control.

"AdMedika is expected to continue to explore its uniqueness to develop business potential in the increasingly modern world of health, while playing an active role in maintaining the quality of services provided through the AdMedika provider network". Guntur said.

This visit certainly adds to the spirit of all AdMedika people in providing the best service for all customers, so that service excellence can be achieved. Hopefully in the future AdMedika will continue to provide inspiration to open up various opportunities in the Indonesian health ecosystem.
