AdMedika's achievements become an offering for customers on Customer Day 2023

Jakarta - National Customer Day 2023 is over, but the celebration and appreciation of customers is still ongoing in a series of AdMedika Customer Day Roadshows conducted by the Board of Directors, Senior Leaders and the entire team involved in direct service to customers.

AdMedika's President Director, Dwi Sulistiani and AdMedika's Marketing & Business Director, Muhammad Nasrun Ihsan joined the Customer Day Roadshow with exclusive gifts for Insurance, Corporate, SOE, Hospital and Clinic customers. In addition to the direct visit, the Board of Directors (BoD) including Ace, AdMedika's Director of Finance & Risk Management and Dr. Rizal Hakim, AdMedika's EGM Operations also greeted AdMedika's customers through AdMedika's Customer Day video which was aired on AdMedika's social media channels simultaneously on September 4, 2023.

This year's AdMedika Customer Day video highlights the achievements of the AdMedika Contact Center which won The Best Contact Center award at the Contact Center World Asia Pacific event, 2023. The appreciation obtained by AdMedika cannot be separated from the commitment of all employees and the support and collaboration of all customers who have given confidence to grow their business with AdMedika.

The enthusiasm of the Customer Day celebration can also be seen from the joy of AdMedika's Account Managers who shared the moment on WhatsApp channels and personal social media. The excitement is used as a competition that adds to the excitement of Customer Day.

The momentum of joy and enthusiasm from customers, will be a torch that burns AdMedika's spirit, so that it continues to strive to achieve brilliant achievements in the future, in order to encourage business growth between AdMedika and customers.
