Jakarta- AdMedika held a GCG 2023 (Good Corporate Governance) assessment exit meeting attended by AdMedika Board of Directors and AdMedika Senior Leaders and held online on Wednesday (11/10).

On this agenda, evidence collection - Clarification (online) - Presentation of results (online). As is known, the implementation of good corporate governance (GCG) is a reflection of the maturity of the company in order to ensure that the company remains profitable & sustainable. In line with this, Telkom as the parent company provides direction to all its subsidiaries and entities to conduct GCG assessments to assess and determine the level of implementation of corporate governance in each company.

AdMedika as part of Telkom Group has implemented GCG within the Company which refers to the Regulation of the State Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number: PER-01/MBU/2011 dated August 1, 2011 concerning the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance in State-Owned Enterprises, and the Decree of the Secretary of the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises Number: SK-16/S.MBU/2012 concerning Indicators/Parameters for Assessment and Evaluation of the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance in State-Owned Enterprises.
