Fullerton Health Completes AdMedika Group Acquisition, Strengthening Healthcare Delivery Across Asia

The Transaction Reaffirms Fullerton Health’s Long-Term Commitment to Indonesia While Enhancing Healthcare Capabilities and Regional Connectivity

Jakarta, 3 June 2026 — Fullerton Health Group (“Fullerton Health” or the “Group”) today announced the completion of its acquisition of PT Administrasi Medika (“AdMedika”), including its subsidiary, TelkoMedika (collectively, the “AdMedika Group”), from PT Multimedia Nusantara (TelkomMetra), a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (collectively, the “Telkom Group”).

Building a More Connected Healthcare Delivery Model in Indonesia

This acquisition strengthens Fullerton Health’s healthcare capabilities in Indonesia through the addition of a leading healthcare administration company, while expanding the Group’s ability to deliver more coordinated services across the healthcare continuum.

The AdMedika Group brings a technology-enabled platform supported by digital claims management, integrated provider networks, and data capabilities. This enhances visibility across the patient journey while enabling more efficient and transparent healthcare delivery.

The combined strengths of both organizations enable closer coordination across provider networks, claims administration, and care delivery, improving consistency, efficiency, and quality throughout the healthcare journey in Indonesia.

This is particularly relevant amid rising healthcare utilization and increasing claims management complexity, which continue to drive demand for solutions that connect the various elements of the healthcare ecosystem more effectively.

The transaction also reaffirms Fullerton Health’s long-term investment in Indonesia, strengthening its ability to support payors, corporations, and healthcare providers through a more integrated and financially resilient healthcare platform.

“This acquisition reflects Fullerton Health’s long-term commitment to Indonesia and our continued investment in building a scalable and integrated healthcare platform. By welcoming the AdMedika Group into the Fullerton Health family, we are strengthening our healthcare administration capabilities while leveraging the Group’s established regional strengths to better support the evolving healthcare needs of Indonesia,” said Ho Kuen Loon, Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Fullerton Health.

“TelkomMetra views this transaction as a strategic milestone that will further enhance AdMedika’s long-term value creation. Under Fullerton Health’s ownership, we believe AdMedika is well-positioned to strengthen its capabilities, expand its scale, and gain access to a broader regional healthcare ecosystem, while preserving the strong foundation it has built in Indonesia,” said Pramasaleh Haryo Utomo, President Director of TelkomMetra.

Strengthening Regional Connectivity Across Asia

Beyond Indonesia, the transaction enhances Fullerton Health’s ability to connect healthcare access across its network throughout Asia. With nearly 600 owned facilities, a network of more than 32,000 healthcare providers, and services reaching over 8 million lives across seven countries, the Group has a significant footprint to support AdMedika’s next phase of growth.

Looking ahead, the combined platform is positioned to further expand these capabilities by leveraging Fullerton Health’s established regional footprint in key markets such as Singapore and the Philippines, alongside its growing presence in Indonesia, to support cross-border healthcare access and specialist referral pathways.

Commitment to Continuity, Local Leadership, and Strong Governance

Following the completion of the acquisition, AdMedika and TelkoMedika will continue to operate under their respective brands and leadership teams in Indonesia as part of the Fullerton Health Group. This structure reflects the Group’s commitment to preserving the trust that patients, clients, and partners have placed in each entity.

Stakeholders can continue to rely on the AdMedika Group’s commitment to maintaining high service standards and delivering the same level of service excellence as before the completion of the transaction.

Employees of the AdMedika Group will continue in their current roles and will gain access to professional development opportunities across the Fullerton Health Group.

At the same time, the combined platform will operate under a robust governance and compliance framework, with an ongoing focus on data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory alignment. All healthcare and claims data in Indonesia will continue to be managed locally in accordance with applicable regulations, while upholding high standards of data protection, confidentiality, and system integrity.

“This transaction marks a significant new chapter for the AdMedika Group. Together with Fullerton Health, we are well-positioned to strengthen our integrated healthcare platform, deepen partnerships with providers and clients, and continue delivering higher-quality and more reliable services to patients and clients across Indonesia,” said Dian Prambini, Chief Executive Officer of the AdMedika Group.
